Tier 1: Bronson & Tyler
The Standard. The Problem. The Outcome.
Status: Active dynasty condition
Bronson & Tyler are no longer considered a team in the traditional sense. They are the default resolution to the tournament.
Every bracket is effectively a negotiation over who gets second place before inevitability takes over.
Attempts to prepare for them have historically resulted in identical outcomes, regardless of preparation method, confidence level, or external optimism.
Tier 2: Everyone Else
Competitive Field (Collectively)
Status: Participating
This group represents all remaining entrants in the ABN tournament ecosystem.
Individually, some believe they are competing for a title. Collectively, they are competing for the privilege of being mentioned in the same bracket as Bronson & Tyler before elimination.
Historical data shows no sustained separation between participants once Tier 1 is introduced.
Operational Summary
The tournament is structured as a competitive event, but functionally operates as a recurring demonstration of Tier 1 superiority under identical annual conditions.
All other outcomes are statistical noise around a consistent result.
